Through the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, we remove the red tape, the rushed appointments, and the insurance middleman, so you can get back to what really matters: feeling better, staying well, and being heard.

DPC is a modern approach to care that puts the focus back on the relationship between you and your provider. For one simple monthly fee, you receive unlimited visits, same or next-day access, direct communication with your provider, and the time and space to truly be seen. It’s care that doesn’t cut corners or rely on quick fixes—but instead supports the root causes of your health concerns and your long-term well-being.

And yes—DPC works whether you have insurance or not. In fact, many of our members keep a high-deductible insurance plan for emergencies, and use their DPC membership for everything else. It’s a powerful way to take control of your health without the confusion or cost of traditional systems.

Essential Wellness Plan

Best for: General wellness, prevention, and everyday primary care
Monthly Fee: $89/month

Includes:

  • Unlimited visits and direct messaging with your Nurse Practitioner

  • Same-day or next-day sick visits

  • Annual physical exam with labs + ECG if needed

  • Preventive screenings and chronic disease management

  • Mental health support and medication management

  • Nutritional counseling and supplement guidance

  • COVID & flu testing, TB testing, urine drug screening

  • Referrals and coordination with specialists

  • Pre-approved home visits (as needed)

  • Access to our private patient Facebook group

  • Early access to onsite and virtual group learning classes

  • Counseling referrals through Carolina Counseling Co

This plan is ideal for those who want personal, responsive care—without the hassle of insurance-based limitations. If you're looking for longer visits, better access, and a provider who truly partners with you, the Essential Wellness Plan is a great fit.

Comprehensive Wellness Plan

Best for: Complex conditions, deeper root-cause exploration, and advanced integrative support
Monthly Fee: $150/month

Includes everything in the Essential Wellness Plan, plus:

  • Minor in-office procedures

  • Advanced chronic condition support (e.g. Lyme, mold, GI dysfunction, environmental toxicity, heavy metals, autoimmune disease)

  • Comprehensive lab panel (more in-depth testing beyond basic screening)

  • Hormonal testing and optimization support

  • Detox protocol support (does not include products or external testing)

  • Weekly check-ins for weight loss guidance and metabolic support

  • Ongoing education on the 6 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $99 per employee, due at the time of signup. This covers administrative setup, chart creation, and onboarding.

Membership billing begins one month later and is paid in arrears—meaning each month’s payment reflects the prior month’s care. South Carolina law requires that medical services be rendered before payment is collected, which is why membership fees are billed after the care period, not before it. This protects patients and keeps billing aligned with state healthcare regulations.
