  • Your monthly fee covers:

    • Unlimited in-person and virtual visits

    • Same or next-day appointments

    • Wellness coaching and lifestyle support

    • Coordination of labs, imaging, and referrals
      Most services are included. If anything falls outside of membership, you’ll know the cost upfront—no surprises.

  • Yes, our  Nurse Practitioner at Magnolia Wellness Center have prescriptive authority in South Carolina, allowing them to prescribe medications, including controlled substances, and assist with medication refills.

  • We can help you access affordable options for labs, imaging, and prescriptions. While these aren’t included in your membership, we work hard to keep costs low and transparent.

  • Absolutely! You’ll have access to virtual visits when appropriate. Just call or text us—we’ll decide together what type of visit works best.

  • You can schedule through email, by phone, or by text depending on your provider. With fewer patients to manage, DPC clinics offer same-day or next-day appointments and little to no wait time.

  • You can text, call, or email your provider directly. Our model is designed for open, easy communication so you never feel like you’re navigating your health alone.

  • We understand that life changes. There’s no long-term contract—you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. If you decide to return in the future, just reach out and we’ll welcome you back if space allows.
